The website's name was first derived from The Far Side, or Where the Sidewalk Ends, as the author wanted an element of extremity. Seeing that his favorite titleThe Breaking Point was already taken, he then turned his own rhyming name into a gerund under what is now known as "The Draking Point >>."

Drawing-a-Blanka

Drawing-a-Blanka.
To toke on a joint and 'green-out' or feel sick. reffering to the character Blanka in the popular game 'street fighter', the term is popular among those hardcore gamers who still play two-dimensional fighting games. Many of whom tend to smoke grass.

#1: ahh man pass me the controll pad it's my turn.
#2: ok, chief
#1: take this while I level 3 this guy with Chunners (passes the drugs)
#2: (takes a drag, eyelids droop and turns as green as Blanka)
#1: (laughs and pulls off a deft spinning bird kick, as his friend commences Drawing-a-blanka )

Guy A: "Hey man, let's do kareoki tonight."
Guy B: "Awe man, I can't sing worth a damn."

Drawing Lots

A game similar to Russian Roulette. This game was invented by the Knights of the Round Table. One bullet is loaded into a revolver and the chamber is spun. Then the revolver is then passed around the table until the bullet is fired. The trick is: a coin is passed around also. Each person flips the coin. If the coin falls on heads, you must spin the revolver again. This apparently tested 'luck' back in the ye olde days.

Lets go drawing lots tonight at dinner.
