A nonsensical combination of automotive parts. Canards being small wings attached to the front of a car to provide downforce. Smart car owners would use the term to separate knowledgeable people from the rest. An updated version of muffler bearings

Use of speaker phone to ambush/embarrass someone on the other end of the line, who is unaware that the speaker feature is in use.

So, Christie was just on the phone with her boyfriend and was singing in this hideous voice, only to realize he had her on speaker phone and his buddy heard it all.....That, my friend, is what I like to call "speaker pwned."

speaking shakespeare

When you read/see a Shakespeare play (or any other old literature) and start to talk like the characters (i.e. vocabulary, mannerisms, rhythm, rhyme, iambic pentameter, etc.) on a regular basis.

Guy 1: She doth teach the torches to burn bright!
Guy 2: Dude... what!?
Guy 1: I said that chicks hot, man!
Guy 2: Oh, what was all that you were saying?
Guy 1: Sorry, dude. I've been speaking Shakespeare ever since we read Romeo and Juliet in class last week.

Speaker Jack

Most commonly occurring in a committed relationship or close proximity roommate situation. It is the act of putting ones own show/music/etc on speakers before the other domestic resident can put theirs on speakers, thus forcing them to use headphones. Most relevant when the other party had theirs on speakers first, and due to an interruption they paused/muted their sound, and upon cessation of the interruption, the first party puts their audible content on speakers.
