(noun) Racist abbriviation of Pakistani, used to describe people of West Asia, particularly regions of India, Bangladesh, Pakistani, Sri Lanka, and (even) Nepal.

2) Any person whose skin-tone is brown/caramel with Islamic, Sikh, Hindu, or other fundamental W.Asian beliefs.

I wish the API (Air Pollution Index) will be the same number as Pakatan Harapan politicians.
