It is as much a feeling as it is a place; adrenaline, excitement, fear, and anxiety are some of the feeling triggered. To some, Jobtown is a fantasy place they only hear real firefighters tell stories about. It can be everywhere and nowhere all at the same time. Not to be confused with other "alarms" or fires such as brush or trash fires, Jobtown is reserved for calls where someone's life or property is saved from total destruction. Some firefighters hope to get the chance to go to Jobtown but most say they do but wouldn't know what to do when they got there. Few openly admit they don't want to go there, usually because they're scared or because they go so often they need a break.
