A mythical figure who is said to hide under your bed at night to make sure you aren't dreaming of sex. God is often said to whisper in the ears of people telling them to murder, steal, lie, and run for office. See also George W. Bush and Donald Rumsfield. In actuality, God is a legend created by primitive peoples to comfort themselves as they could not bare the burdon of taking responsibility. Generally, believers in a "god" are not as evolved as those who do not. See also atheist

I believe that god is just a reason for people to blame all their downfalls and wrongdoings, they just want a reason to remove their responsibility, they want to have something to hope for and something to take their time. People want someone to ask to fix their problems, for many people that is God, but... I understand that you want to hope and confess, but that's what friends are for, a good friend will help you in a time of need and comfort you when your sad, a good friend will keep your secrets and wont laugh. And if your a good friend you will trust them and give them the same they give you, no, better... you owe it to them.
I know this isn't really a definition, it's a belief, about God, but I just thought I might put it up...
