They are typically done by “scratchers” self taught artists that design images to look a certain way that doesn’t typically coincide with tattoo style norms, BUT scratchcore artists are just as sterile and should not be assumed to be blowing out clients or giving infections… those r called noobs, scratchcore artists are just new gen artists doing different styles of tattooing that old heads seem to hate.
