Officer Down 

A call made by police to indicate an officer is severely injured or deceased. Usually referring to other officers, but can be used in the first person. This is followed by the location of the officer in question.

"Shots fired! Officer Down! I'm at 73rd and Brooklyn, get EMS and backup now!"

"Dispatch Received. All units, Code 3, we have an officer down, all units respond to the intersection of 73rd and Brooklyn, ASAP."

Officer Earl 

Earl is like a minor antagonist at the beginning of the movie, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, but soon becomes one the main characters. He is very athletic and overprotective and takes his job as an officer of the law very seriously and with pride. He is very proud of his masculinity and enjoys being as manly as possible and dislikes the thought of actually showing tears (he once even sucked a tear back into his eye purposely). He can get a bit paranoid and over-the-top sometimes with a raspy kind of voice and temper, however is also a very caring and loving family man who loves his wife and son very much and is willing to do anything for them. He also cares a lot about the safety of the people of Swallow Falls and even helped organise and evacuation during the "Food Hurricane" the FLDSMDFR has created.
He also is a new meme where he runs like a machine so he can clap those cheeks.

Officer Ricky

An informant, or former correctional officer who poses as a gang affiliated rapper, know to be severely over weight and uses very small words. May be seen thuggin outside duncan donut locations flashing fake jewelery and possibly wearing a wire. Be weary of what you say around these creatures, they are also known to have ex's who do low budget pron flicks.

A character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is the sidekick of the corrupt policeman Officer Tenpenny. He is fat and assumedly Polish. Gamers are to get the impression he is being used by Tenpenny.
