It's purpose is to mark the end of a sentence in ASM code (Mostly used for making 16-bit programs)
In hexadecimal form, or 'hex' for short, it's written as 0x0.

I used the ␀ character to see if this would be the first definition on urbandictionary.com!

Been an PE executable Windows Operating System loader since Windows Vista.
It's stored in \Windows\system32\winload.exe

When Windows 8 came out, winload.exe from this point forward now has a metro-like look.

The reason YouTube content creators will be fined for setting videos as "Not for kids"

John: Hey Paul, you do realize you can get fined around 40 grand per video for setting your channel as not for kids?
Paul: How so?
John: Because COPPA is going to sue YouTubers for not following their stupid rules.
