An acronym for Pay Out Of Pocket. Refers to something that insurance (typically health insurance) doesn't cover.
That's a pretty sweet colostomy bag, but I'm not going to POOP for it!

Doctor: "Your rectum is blocked and we need to operate. Unfortunately your insurance doesn't cover it. You need to POOP."
Patient: "No shit I need to take a crap. Get in there and operate, dude!"
Doctor: "No, not crap. POOP."
Patient: "Same thing. Crap, poop, shit, drop a deuce, take a dump, drop off the Cleveland Browns at the Super Bowl, same thing."
Doctor: "Never mind. I'll send you the bill."

honky tonk special

A trashy, slutty woman who hangs out at country bars and has no qualms about random hookups, even with married men. Can be relied upon any night for an easy chuck with no strings attached.
Brad: "Sup dude. You look haggard today."
Sam: "Yeah man, I just came back from Amber's place. Linda broke up with me yesterday and I went to the bar and had a few shots, and you know how that ends up. Spoiler alert: I banged her."
Brad: "A little honky tonk special action, huh? Talk about haggard! She's more haggard than Merle. And she's been around the block more times than the mailman. You might want to go to the doctor and get checked out."
Sam: "You can say that again. It itches."

"Sure enough about closing time, I'm about stoned out of my mind, and I end up with some honky-tonk special I found
Just as sure as the morning sun come, thinking of my sweet girl at home, and I need to get whiskey bent and hell bound."
-Hank Williams, Jr., "Whiskey Bent and Hellbound"

"Honky tonk special, you're not my daddy's wife."
-Marty Brown, "Honky Tonk Special"

roofie circle

A vicious cycle in which a person takes a roofie to forget an unpleasant occurrence, then wakes up forgetting having taken said roofie and takes a roofie again to forget the original event. Can continue on infinitely, usually not ending until your dealer cuts you off. Originated from the show "Arrested Development".
After unleashing explosive diarrhea into his pants while playing the part of Smee in his school's production of "Peter Pan", Mervin spent the next month of his life mired in a roofie circle.

that's what she didn't say

A phrase that signifies that a person's prior remark could have been interpreted sexually while also insulting the (presumably male) speaker. Means that no woman would ever say such a thing about that person because it would be blatantly untrue. If the target of the comment is female, the related saying that's what he didn't say should be used.
Tim: "Hey man, check out big-ass bag of weed I scored from Sampson. Let's blaze this shit up."
Dave: "Wow, I've never seen one that big!"
Tim: "That's what she didn't say!"
Dave: "Ah, you got me there. I guess everyone knows I have a 3-inch penis."
Tim: "Well, I was just joking, but they do now!"

Emily: "OMG girl that shirt is totally fab! Can I try it on?"
Gina: "Sure," (under her breath) "good luck fitting into it, you cheese hog."
Emily: "What did you say?"
Gina: "Uh...I said I need to go feed the dog."
(Gina pretends to feed the dog while Emily gets changed)
Emily: "It's a bit of a tight fit."
Gina: "That's what he didn't say!"
Emily: "Oh no you di'int!"
Gina: "Bitch please! You get around more than an aircraft propeller, you ho-ass jersey chaser. Remember the night when you banged the entire Duke lacrosse team? I rest my case."
Emily: "Hmm...come to think of it, I really am a fat slut."
Gina: "Word to your mother."
A word used to indicate that a person or thing is cool. Should not be confused with the meaning of "fuck" relating to sexual intercourse.
Kenny Powers from Eastbound and Down (in honor of first birthday of son Toby): "So raise your glasses. As we say in Mexico, feliz compleanos to fuckin' Toby. Not to fuckin' him... like... he's cool. To fuckin' Toby."

To completely and utterly flop. Usually refers to a music album. Whereas successful records can go gold or platinum, this term comes from the fact that wood is a far less valuable material.
"Peckerwood mad cuz his record went wood
No respect in the hood led to his 'Neck of the Woods'
Got in touch with his roots, found the redneck in his blood
And said, 'Heck, country western rap records are good'"
-Eminem, "Quitter" (Everlast diss track)

Tim: "Wassup gangsta!?!?!?"
Bill: "Dude, where'd you get that Porsche?"
Tim: "Oh, I took out a loan from this loan shark in Philly. Cost 45 Gs, mothafucka!"
Bill: "Um, that doesn't sound like a good idea. How are you going to pay for it?"
Tim: "Droppin' my new rap album next month, dogg. It's got some phat beats on it."
Bill: "Rap album? You're a white hick from Hummelstown. Who's going to take that seriously?"
Tim: "Don't make me blast my gat! Haha, just clownin'. Check out this sick beat:
(rapping)'Hummelstown, Hummelstown where we pummels down
Any punk ass mothafucka that come around'
Eminem or Jay-Z couldn't write shit that ill. Next time you see me it's gonna be on the red carpet with fly hoes on each arm."
Bill: "I don't know, man. I think you're going to go wood. You might be cruisin' for a bruisin'."
