skateboard terminology - a grab trick where your front hand goes around your front knee and grabs on the toe-rail of the board, in between your feet. pretty cool. invented by a guy whos name escapes me, but i do know that he was infact, mute.

the 900 by tony hawk is a mute bs 900.

teknohead

one who listens to any subgenre of techno or electronica music. can sometimes be a derogatory term, thus, it carries stereotypes.

the following is a conversation that actually happened to me.
guy: dude, what the hell are you listening to?
me: well, that depends on what you want me to say. If i say, "electronic music" then you won't care. but if i use the word "techno" then you'll call me an idiot. so whichever one you want to hear is fine by me because i don't care what anyone else thinks.
guy: you listen to techno!? you're such an idiot!

nark

ok. a nark can eather be someone who tells the cops that you got drugs or a nark can be some looser.

you see that simpsons episode where homer tries to be a hippi? he called marge a Nark?

and, in the movie Goodfellas the guy gets busted for having all that spank buy a bunch of narks.

T-Virus

The T-Virus is a genetically engineered version of the Ebola virus. The Ebola virus kills 90% of its victims however it is inefficient as it kills its victim before it can be transfered to another.

Modification of the Ebola virus with a "founder virus" resulted in the T-virus. It left humans with the ability to move around and infect other people with the virus. It also has mutagenic properties due to the ebola gene being an RNA gene and the "founder virus" being an RNA Virus.

load

in an electronic circuit, the component(s) that are responsible for dropping the voltage. in audio ciruits, this is usually a speaker. in other circuits, in can be a lightbulb, a household appliance, etc.

if too much current is applied, you'll blow the load.

relativism

a very common belief these days. revolves mainly around the idea, "what is right for you isn't right for me". denies that there is truth at all. many relativists realize that mathematical truths cannot be disproven, but they still susbscribe to the idea that multiple opposing ideas can exist in the same realm and still produce no conflicts.

hitler thought it was perfectly fine of him to kill millions of people. obviously, he was a relativist. the people he oppressed obviously didn't have the same veiw, and look at what happened. they were killed.

900

an extremely difficult trick done on a skateboard where you do a mute grab and just spin backside until you don't even know which way is up. it's actually performed by adding a 540 to a 360; you have to wind up for the 360 while spinning the first 540. people don't realize how insane it really is.

tony hawk had to go the the chiropractor often while trying to learn the 9.
