Deprived from the saying “ima clap them cheeks”, which can be used to reference sexual intercourse and/or defeating beyond compare. This is most commonly used when someone sucks so frikkin terribly that an insult unparalleled to other must be used.

Mans: “You mise well pull up after school”.

Logical Human: “Bet, you’re cheeks, ima fold your ass”.
