You're a gem

Beyond beautiful. Beyond loving, caring & sweet. A gem, a diamond of a person. Someone to be considered flawless.
Person1: You're a gem, you know that?
Person2: Thank you!

You're a good man, Charlie Brown

Something said to someone who does good and means well but always gets the crap end of things or the short end of the stick. Similar to "Bless your heart."
Guy 1: Hey, what happened to your arm?
Guy 2: I helped my uncle move a couch the other day. He let go, and I fell down the stairs.
Guy 1: Wow, that sucks, man.
Guy 2: Yeah, but I still picked it back up and carried it up the stairs.

Guy 1: You're a good man, Charlie Brown.

You're a great guy

A basic phrase used by females on guys who they just don't want. The phrase should always be ignored, even in cases where it may seem as thought the female is sincere (which rarely happens).
Bob tells his friend that he thinks that Michelle likes him because she told him the following:

I want to suck you're dick

You're a great guy

I would like to date you

When we have sex I don't want you to use a condom

Although it may seem as if there are four phrases telling Bob that Michelle wants him, there are in actuality only three, for "You're a great guy" is a masic program installed in females as soon as they learn the english language and develop a desire for guys.
