Year Long Asthmatic 

Someone who has an annoyingly stuffed nose for the entire year, and makes it disgusting to be near them.
They frequently blow their noses, yet they never, ever, get better.

Paul: "Ugh, I don't want to sit next to Fran, she's a Year Long Asthmatic."
Henry: "I know...it's gross. Let's sit near John instead."

When you just miss a bus/train going to your significant other and waiting for the next one seems endless.
If you're a male you basically feel your beard growing.

- I just missed bus #80 yesterday while going to meet my girl. Dude, that was a yearlong wait!
- But that bus runs every 10 minutes, right?
