A game that requires knowledge that isn't easily accessed in game, which makes progressing in the game extremely sluggish.

The only way to learn the stuff you need to know is to keep a tab with the games wiki open.

Games like:
Darksouls
Stardew Valley
Terraria

Wikislip

The condition which sets in when you read a wikipedia article and are interested by multiple links in - so you open those and are interested by multiple links inside those, as well - this condition is usually ended when you think to look at a clock and notice that you have just lost hours of your life looking up information not even slightly related to your original subject.
So I was researching Cherenkov Radiation - one wikislip later, it's 0300 and I'm reading up on Kevin Bacon.

Ellen: not sure, I think it's the guitarist
Anna: I thought it was the bassist
Ellen: No, I'm pretty sure I'm right....I'll look on Wikipedia.....
{looks on wiki}

Wikislap

When someone is blagging knowledge, or just demonstrating ignorance about a subject, and you prove them wrong with evidence from Wikipedia; not dissimilar to wiki-owned but indeed quicker to say.
Katie: "Yeah they say that dicks are the new tits"
Ash: "According to Wikipedia's article on 'Buttock Cleavage', 'bums are the new tits'."
Katie: "Aw man I got wikislapped!"

wikisloth

The reason why some wikipedia entries are incomplete.

People who assume that wikipedia articles are complete and fail to pursue additional research can also be called wikisloths.
David made a page on the Carter Doctrine, but didn't even add it to the list of Doctrines - what a wikisloth!

Wayne assumed the wikipedia page was complete and was too lazy to do more research - what a wikisloth!
