Origin is the town of Wetumpka, Alabama, where an 84 year old and 61 year old women were arrested and prosecuted for feeding, trapping and neutering the stray cat population.
The priest was in the park feeding the homeless when the cops pulled a Wetumpka and threw him in jail.
