used to describe a person you have talked to that ignores you or pretends they dont recognize you when you see them randomly in public. they dont wave and wont return a wave or greeting.

Mr. Shnosberry drove Aurora and her friend Kate to the store. Mr. Shnosberry and Kate had never met before and got along well, talking and all.
