Vacology is a state of mind. Basically if this is performed properly you will not have a hang over. You can function properly on a few hours of sleep. It’s about going to sleep and not having performance anxiety about the next day, just like when you are on vacation. This can be achieved in one’s life when not on vacation. Vacology

Dale gave no fucks that he only got 2 hours of sleep before the snorkel trip cause he was on vacation. He went to sleep without anxiety. 2 weeks later he stayed up all night before a hard days work and practiced vacology. He had a really nice day!!!

Vecology

The ecology of the vagina ... known to be somewhat particular ; includes the ideal ph / flora and fauna, which when in balance will prevent all sorts of problems like yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, etc.

That last round of antibiotics totally messed up my Vecology.
