a thirty dollar bag/small jar of a Sativa Marijuana concentrate. The Up part refers to the uplifting high of the Sativa strain, and the 30 is a common amount in USD to charge for a small amount of concentrate. Also common is 50up and a Bill Up, for a larger amount of the concentrate.
