When you say someone/something/event is tufftacious, it means it is beyond tuff/tough. It is on another level where nobody can comprehend because either it cannot be replicated, or it was so good no one believes it happened.

example:

varsity player: *ankle breaks NBA player*

clipfarmer/streamer: OH MAH, DID YALL'S SEE THAT, THAT WAS TUFFTACIOUS, OH MY GOD THAT WAS TUFFTACIOUS.
