(noun) - This word is the gibberish bastard child of an unholy union between the colloquial "tookus" and the archaic "pantaloons." It is frequently utilized by a person who has no problem with using the word "fuck," but whose moral fiber inexplicably prevents them from using the word "ass." Prevailing wisdom suggests that the speaker be a cognitively-challenged position in a position of authority, but listeners regularly report confusion upon encountering such a nonsensical utterance.
