To blanchard

Ray Blanchard's pseudoscientific transsexualism typology divides trans women into two groups: "homosexual transsexuals" (HSTS) and "autogynephilic transsexuals" (AGP).

It classifies conventionally feminine transitioned straight trans women as HSTS, while leaving AGP as a catch-all for the rest (non-feminine and non-straight trans women). It effectively frames people it classifies as HSTS as gay men who transition to attract men, which is directly stated by some of its supporters. It explains non-feminine and/or non-straight trans women by purporting that they at least have a component of heterosexuality directed at themselves instead of others, thereby experiencing arousal at the idea of having a "female body," which Ray Blanchard termed "autogynephilia."

To blanchard someone is to apply this typology and etiology to an individual.
