One day, a disgruntled member of Smash World Forums posted a message in the Melee discussion rooms stating why he thought tier lists were invalid. The topic was "Tires don exits" (sic). It has since become a community joke and can be seen on the various tier-list posts at SWF. SWF administrator Scav later used this as his custom title, further popularizing the saying.
