Tupocracy: The word Tupocracy is generated from the Greek word 'Tupos' which means, an example to be imitated.

Tupocracy therefore is a system of government involving people who lead by positive example based on integrity, transparency, patriotism and godly character which is worthy of emulation by followers. Compared with democracy, Oligarchy, bureaucracy, monarchical system of governance where a character is often not the basis for governance and administration, tupocracy exercises its power more in an image reflection and imitation style of ruling. Secular theocracy 

A purposely oxymoronic term for a doctrine or belief that includes no deity, yet seeks to censure non-believers in authoritarian ways similar to fundamentalist religious codes: inhibition, prohibition, penalties, physical punishment, signal-jamming, civil disruption, rough or violent confrontation.

When those demonstrators against genetically modified kitty chow were rioting blocking traffic and torching boxes of cat food, it was another victory for secular theocracy.
