is a belief that, tyranny is but only evil when its wrath is directed towards the innocent, but it is also good and just, when employed as a means for attaining a just end for the suffering of the innocent and the vanquished. Therefore, tyocracy maintains that the evil element in association with the concept of tyranny lies not in its inherent disposition. Hut rather it lies in the intent behind its application.

The idealistic principle behind the concept of tyocracy can best be defined by the pursuit for justice when numerous individuals who were found guilty of committing war crimes against the innocent during the second world war, were subsequently placed before the firing squad.

A form of Government founded by Tioma in the 21st Century. In Tiocracy, a nation is and forever ruled by the immortal Tioma, and all citizens must abide by the laws created by her. Citizens may contribute ideas, but are 99% of the time neglected. A nation under the government of Tiocracy is automatically the strongest nation in the world.
