Tilehurst is a suburb in the town of Reading in Berkshire. It is home to a range of characters, including the poor and the wealthy.
Most people are content to highlight the fact that Tilehurst is home to the "Oxford Road" when infact there are wealthy parts of Tilehurst too.

Tilulilu is an onomatopoeic word (of Finnish origin) for that sort of musical genre, that is often associated with heavy metal genres where speed, complexity and quantity of the notes exceeds the quality of the music. Often liked by music nerds, but not by regular people
I tried to listen to Dream Theater and Yngwie Malmsteen, but my I just could not enjoy the music because of the tilulilu guitars

Tilahun
Tilahun is a great person to be around. He is extremely smart and knows what he wants out of life. He is the best boyfriend one could ever ask for. He’ll shower all his friends in presents and cook for you. Although he might annoy you sometimes with his silly jokes you come to love that about him. He is stubborn sometimes and an overthinker but he always has good intentions. If you meet a Tilahun make sure they stay in your life.

crunchy
Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.
Also used to describe establishments where alternative foods and products are sold, i.e. natural food stores.

murderhobo
In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.
The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.
