This is what you call a non-gender conforming person, who's also a total homie. They/them are the pronouns and thude is the colloquialism for a total gender non-conforming dude.

Alex: Yo James, have you met Elliot guy yet?

James: Ya, but I think Elliot goes by they/them.

Thuesday

A holiday, originated at Rutgers University. The dumbass professors made the Tuesday before Thanksgiving a Thursday schedule. Since Thursday means Thanksgiving, Tuesday became a pseudo-Thanksgiving. Hence Thuesday was born.
