red dot on the map

Slang. Another way of saying sex offender who just got charged with sex crimes.
Two tough guys were walking around the corner. They saw a sick dude attacking a little kid. The two guys ran over and pulled off the guy from the kid. They screamed at him and said ARE YOU FUCKIN KIDDING ME!! She’s a little kid! Then the cops came and arrested him. As they’re taking him away the cop said you’re going to be a red dot on the map. Wym? It’s another way of saying a sex offender who just got charged with sex crimes.

Red dot on the map

When someone becomes a known sex offender.
I’m curious about our neighbor. He’s a red dot on the map. Wdym? When someone becomes a known sex offender.

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
