Obsessive facisnation with corpses and/or death.
Sometimes used in place of necrophilia but not nessicarily with sexual meaning.

Girl: Ew! How can you be into that stuff?
Girl #2: It's called thanatophilia. I find it cool how some people die and how their bodies look afterward.
