Tequila Mockingbird

Someone who, upon becoming intoxicated, attempts (poorly) to sing along to every song that plays around them.

I'm trying to actually listen to this song, but all these Tequila Mockingbirds are too damn loud.

El Paso is full of Tequila Mockingbirds.
