I am a self-confessed technotard. In spite of lacking the technology gene which would allow me to easily absorb, apply and master new technological skills, I am slowly being dragged, kicking and screaming, into the technological age.
Against all odds, I have accomplished setting up a Facebook page, although I still cannot master the skill requirement to make an FB Fan page go live. That would require DNA reprogramming. Incredibly, however, I have managed to upload photos and video to my FB Fan page--now if only I could figure out how to let other people see them! If I get any better at this, I might have to turn in my technotard membership card.

A person that is technologically stunted.. has difficulty understanding basic concepts, even with a detailed explanation.
I tried to run them through the process of changing a sparkplug, but they were too technotarded to get it.
