Taxed-out

Being Taxed-out is when a person or people living in a home are no longer able to afford to live there because of high taxes. This happens oftentimes to elderly and retired people. Getting Taxed-out also happens with the loss of a job, or if the high income earner of the family becomes disabled or deceased.
1. Sometimes communities with high taxes cause home owners to be Taxed-out of their homes.

2. Even hardworking thoughtful people can get Taxed-out of their homes if their income drops.

3. You think you own a home until the tax bill shows up and you realize you have been Taxed-out of your home. Literally the tax man took your house!

her's were taped up and out of the way

A chick that becomes {rude} and nasty for no reason to another chick. Unexpected behavior from a formerly decent female.
Against her natural nature she drops them down {balls} after being prodded by another meaner and nastier chick. I guess her's were taped up and out of the way!

Taped Up and Pissed Out

The situation you might in end up in after you have a vasectomy. Dick taped to your stomach and piss all over yourself.
After his vasectomy Mike realized his dick was taped up and pissed out. His nurse was hot so he was embrassed.
A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.
1 “Socks! Those aren’t socks you smelly git, they’re toe rags!”
2 “What have you been cooking? Smells like toe rag!”
3 “I can smell ‘er fanny from ‘ere, proper toe rag.”
4 That Heale Malcolm is a right toe rag.
