Sweeterish 

Sweeterish is essentially sweet gibberish, when someone lets their emotions take over and just drops a mess of sweet compliments or thoughts that at a surface level appear incoherent but at a deeper glance can somewhat be followed and are “sweet”

Sorry about all the sweeterish I just typed, emotions got the best of me.
