Hot, itchy asshole that results from incomplete ass wiping after dropping a bomb. Extremely common after the Hershey Squirts, and/or doing a lot of walking. When at an amusement park and you use that shitty T.P. that is like newspaper and none of the shit from your ring sticks to it, then you go out and walk around for hours in the heat. You say to your buddy while picking your crack, "Man I have a Stingy Ring!"
