stage plight

a loud house episode, my absolute FAVORITTEEEE!!!!!
in this episode basically luan wants to get closer to her crush, benny. so she signs up for a stage adaptation of romeo and juliet and yeah. she eventually gets casted for the lead part alongside her crush.

aaaaaand here's the twissssstttttt.........
ITS ACT ONE EFFING SCENE FIVE (aka the kiss!11!!1!!1)
and yeah. luan is waaaaay too nervous to kiss benny on stage, since she's never been kissed b4. and each time she tries to kiss him, she chickens out and uses a whole lot of excuses to get out of it. benny is just effing disappointed he can't smooch her. a few days later, benny quits the play due to this. luan finds him sitting alone of a bench, and asks him why he quit the play. he thought that luan didn't like him at all. luan apologized for constantly freaking out about it, admitting she was too nervous to kiss him. benny was also nervous to kiss as well. they later whipped out their puppets (which are 69% possessed) (did i forget to mention they both do ventriloquism?) and they both admitted that they were in love with each other via venting through their puppets. then they just stop talking suddenly

aaaaaand.........

****cue romantic montage thingy***
THEY KISSSSEEEEDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!
then the puppets magically come alive as luan and benny kiss

THE END

benny did ac do the play with luan off-camera, and DID AC KISS ON STAGE

also neither of them have been kissed b4
they were both 14, also they are still together.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.

Huge. Surpassing normal expectations.
I was fishing with a Spinner Bait and a HONKIN pike came after it and hit it . Felt like a lawnmower running over a brick.

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
