Much like the urban term spadoodle, that refers to the game in which you say spadoodle when you spot a vehicle with a headlight out, the term spadonkadonk can be used when you spot a vehicle with a tail light out.

Nah that's not a spadoodle, it's a tail light out. Therefore you say spadonkadonk.

To navigate or explore the subterranean landscape of the human rectum or booty, typically with the aid of headlamps, crampons, and helmets.

When successfully exploring without the use need for lubrication, this activity is known as spelokadamning.
