A feeling of wellbeing and great happiness along with a soreness in one or more muscle groups. It can typically arise 24 hrs after workout. Typical gym-goers are confused to explain themselves and others how they feel, so they end up complaining while they feel accomplished inside.

I had a killer legs workout yesterday. And I am having sorephoria although can barely walk now.

*cannot be felt from an 11 hour nap taken in the middle of the day after a bender...this is truly a purer experience.
