someone who lingers around and thinks they are part of a group but yet have no association and are willing to lie about their characteristics to fit in.... hence someone who snuggers people in the group and pisses them off!!!

Noun: A leather strap attached to a man's genitals. Its used in sexual activity where the Snuggered is in the dog position, another person sits on his back with the strap and pulls the strap sharply causing great discomfort to the snuggered causing him to buck in an effort to escape. V.:1) the act of violently jerking the strap. 2) Applying the strap.
