A term used to refer to migrants from northern European, eastern European, Nordic, Baltic and Scandinavian countries and their descendants.
Dude 1: "I thought we was aussie 'till he started speaking with that rusky accent and drinking vodka"
Due 2: 'what, he's a snow wog?"
Dude 1: "yep - straight up crazy snow wog!"

Girl 1: "you ski really well for a first timer"
Dude 1: "I'm a snow wog - it's in my blood"

Girl 1: "you're white, you have no idea of the issues faced by non-english speaking migrants to this country!"
Snow wog: "you're kidding right? I'm a *ucking snow wog! my parents couldn't get a friggin job because they couldn't speak english proper, landlords refused to rent houses to them and I have been teased all my life because of my snow-wog name that stupid trailer trash rednecks like you can't pronounce!"

University lecturer: "as a white student, you have no idea and cannot possibly understand how the indigenous peoples of this land have suffered as a result of having their land stolen"
Snow wog: "you're kidding, right? Sir, my grandparents fled the USSR. You know why? Because the Soviet stole their farm, and sent a bunch of my relatives to prison. So go ahead, tell this silly snow wog I don't know what it's like to go back to my ancestors land, see the house my grandfather built and see it still occupied by a Russian family to this day with no hope of ever getting it back, go ahead and tell this snow wog about my so-called white privilege!"
