siq is just a redesigned word for 'sick' which in slang means, ill, dope, cool, feel me? (i made up the word, in about 1995 it was my nickname in most chats and my websites nicknames.. stil is --siqwidit!-- )

"Dude that's a siq nasty car you got there!" would be a correct usage of the phrase, whereas "Dude, that scab is so siq nasty... there's pus everywhere!" would not be the correct usage. In the latter case, one would want to use the term "sick nasty" instead.
