shyland is the ship name for two internet personalities named shane dawson and ryland adams. they started messaging on bumble 16th of may 2016 and met/started dating 19th of may 2016. they posted pictures together before they announced they were dating but shane and ryland posted that they were dating on the 23rd of october 2016. ever since then, they have posted pictures together, done boyfriend tags and everything else. on the 19th of march 2019 (their 3 year anniversary), shane proposed to ryland. on ryland adams’ youtube channel, they made a video explaining their engagement. now we have to hope they have the carnival wedding of their dreams

ShaLandas are often misconceptualized as being ghetto but she is far from it. She is the sweetest, most caring person in the world. ShaLandas will also keep you laughing. She tends to over think even the most obvious songs and phrases, but when she does its always hilarious. She is extremely beautiful and knows this, but is still far from arrogant even though she has her few conceited tendencies. She is a great friend and an even better girlfriend.
