A person or persons that are not from "that" beach area, usally used by people that live on or close to the beach refers to the traveler, or tourist.

Surfer: why cant all those shoebees choose somewhere else to vacation, or atleast move out of the way.

shoebee

A Shoebee is what on the old Nickolodeon show, "rocket Power" was the local nickname for a tourist. Tourists were called a shoe-bee because of how they wear sneakers or socks under sandals to the beach.

Otto: Guys, squid is totally looking like a shoebee.
Squid: what? how?
Reggie: Dude, youre wearing socks under your sandals...
Squid: ooooooh.

Shoebee

Shoebee, a superhero who everyone ask’s why his name is ‘Shoebee’, he replies with showing them.

‘What’s your name?’ the woman would ask.
‘Shoebee.’ he’d reply.
‘How’d you get that name?’ she would laugh at him.

As the woman had asked he replied by showing her. Shoebee took off his smelly shoe to reveal his iron socks and threw his sweaty shoe at her,

‘What’s wrong with you?!’ she’d yell unaware his shoe was filled with bees,
Shoebee darted off in his iron socks as the bees attacked her.
