Shented 

Losing control of your bowels and literally shitting yourself, at work. Sometimes caused by a sneeze, a forced fart or sometimes accidentally happening simultaneously when vomiting.

Shaniqua threw up and shented at work! She had to throw her pants and trousers in the bin.

I've got diarrhoea so bad that I coughed and accidentally shented, It's everywhere.

The best game to ever be created on Sega Dreamcast and continued on Xbox. Sadly there is very little hope for the third installment of the game.
