Shented

Losing control of your bowels and literally shitting yourself, at work. Sometimes caused by a sneeze, a forced fart or sometimes accidentally happening simultaneously when vomiting.

Shaniqua threw up and shented at work! She had to throw her pants and trousers in the bin.

I've got diarrhoea so bad that I coughed and accidentally shented, It's everywhere.
