Someone fart-pooping. During crossfit training people have a tendency to fart-poop when squating or lifting heavy weights. i am calling it a Shattna.

Use as shattna'd, as well.

i was back squatting heavy weight and i took a shattna in my shorts. i was farting in the check-out line and i took a shattna in my pants. I was so scared i shattna'd my pants.
