Name Shame

To use someone's birth name as a pejorative term. The main example of this is the common birth name Karen which is now used as a synonym for racist/bitch. Since 2020, use of the name Karen has expanded and is now commonly used to insult any woman with whom one disagrees. Women and girls who are actually named Karen have been subject to verbal and physical harassment due to the trend of name shaming.
Here is an example of name shame using the name Karen: "I told that Karen to shut up or I'd hit her in the face again."

Name Shame

The point at which it's too late to ask for someone's name because you spent so much time around them that you should already know it.
I have total name shame. I've been working for a month with this guy and still don't know his name.

Name Shame

The unfortunate title associated with having inconsiderate parents who doom their offspring to a lifetime of shame and embarrassment due to the ridiculous names given to them at birth.
Such unfortunate people exist such as: North West, Moon Unit Zappa, Dweezil Zappa to name a few.

Another example of a near miss Name Shame event.
At the hospital shortly after their new son is born Bula Bawls says her her husband "Dick, we can't do that to our new son naming him after your grandfather."
Dick thinks about this for a minute and says, "Bula, you're probably right. I can picture the teacher calling attendance on the first day of school if by that unfortunate chance there's two Harry's in the class. When both boys raise their hands after being called and the teacher sees this I can picture her saying, "ah, how nice, we have pair of Harry Bawls in the class this year."" Later that day, Richard N. Bawls and Bula Bawls leave the hospital still thinking about a nice non Name Shame name for their new son.

Unintentionally insulting a black person when you first hear their name, by your unconscious physical reactions, such as eye rolling, unsuppressed smirk, laughing but pretending you're coughing, or spitting out your coffee.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
