An egotistical guy that starts a company in a field of work he knows nothing about then halfway through a project gets rid of the guy who does know how to do the work then when the project doesn't turn out like it's supposed to he blames the guy he got rid of. Final results are threats, whining like a bitch with zero accountability as to why things turned out like they did.
