Did you see that old guy at the gym, he had a ball sack that sagged so low it was hitting his leg like a pendulum. He could really use a scrotoplasty.

Any number of fluids housed inside of the male scrotum; i.e. blood, seminal fluid etc.

The handrail annihilated his coin purse releasing a good amount of scrotoplasm.
