Scrongy

A person who doesn't take care of their physical appearance and hygiene. They often look like they were hit with the ugly stick, busted, tore up, fugly. They inspire sympathy and laugher from the beholder.

"Hey Gerry you seen Peach lately?"
"Ya girl, last time I saw her she had on a potato sack and one flip flop. Looking all scrongy and shit."

Scringy

Pronounced "Scrinjee" a cross between Scroungy, Scruffy and Dingy and Cringe.

Means any thing, place, person etc that is raggardy arse, filthy, crappy and generally shabby.

Also an effective term to describe Pete Doherty, King of Scringe...
