Mocking people who attempt to talk at you by using contempt and irony. Generally a result of having too much blood in your coffein system in the morning.

People who attempt to speak at me too early in the morning, are usually met with a severely sarcaffastic attitude until I have consumed a sufficient amount of coffein. Do not do this.

combines sarcasm and idocracy.

Person 1: Do you like my new hat?
Person 2: OH YEAH I THINK ITS THE BEST THING EVER OMGLOLOL.
Person 3: Are you being sarcasmastic?
Person 2: I give up.
