A German dialect term for someone who annoys you. The translation into English would literally be "ballbagface", the word is used instead of idiot or asshole. This dirty word is common in the western part of Austria and often combined with a strong local dialect (in German the word would be "Sackgesicht").
German: "Du sealta dämlichs Sackgsicht !"
English: "You rarely stupid idiot !"
